Order: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the

respondent, who filed Contempt Case No.2147 of 2015, has made certain deliberately false statements and thereby, abused the process of Court.

After arguing the case, Mr.P.Balakrishna Murthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to his client to file an application for impleading himself in Contempt Case No.2147 of 2015 in order to expose the alleged deliberate false statements made by the respondent herein in the above-mentioned Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
