This writ petition is filed to declare the Lr.No.2/C12/07772/2017, dated 28-06-2017 issued by the 2nd respondent-Corporation insofar as insisting for Clearance Certificate from the revenue authorities for processing the application for permission for construction of building in plot No.363 part in Sy.No.44/1 at Miyapur Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 05-06-2017 in WP.No.17750 of 2017. The same is not disputed by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
