ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R & R) benefits to the petitioners and not allowing them to occupy their respective houses as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development (Telangana State) has fairly submitted that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment, dated 31.01.2013, in WP.No.34439 of 2012 and that therefore, following the said judgment, this Writ Petition deserves to be allowed.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is

allowed in terms of the judgment, dated 31.01.2013, in Writ Petition No.34439 of 2012.
