After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a petition for clarification before the Court below.

Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
