This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioners/ Accused Nos.2, 5 to 9 seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.12 of 2013 on the file of Special Judge for SC & ST (POA) Actcum-VII Additional District Judge, Mahaboobnagar, where they were prosecuted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324 read with 149 I.P.C and Section 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.2, 5 to 9 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charges are not yet framed in the subject Sessions Case. 4.

Under these circumstances, the petitioners/ Accused Nos.2, 5 to 9 can put forth their grievance when the matter is heard before the charges are farmed as required under Section 227 Cr.P.C. 5.

With this observation, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand disposed of.
