THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1264 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order in I.A.No.575 of 2014 in FCOP No.153 of 2011 passed by V Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, seeking leave to amend the petition filed under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the cause in this Petition does not survive for adjudication as main petition i.e., FCOP No.153 of 2011 itself has been disposed of by the trial Court on 12.06.2016.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
