HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.R.P. No. 510 of 2012 O R D E R:- On the last two occasions i.e. 22.09.2017 and 06.10.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, as such, the matter was directed to be posted today. Same is the situation today also. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
