HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3506 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondents have occupied his land in S.No.201/A, admeasuring Ac.0.13 Gts at Kannepally Village, Dandepally Mandal, Adilabad District and are making constructions without permission from the 4th respondent and in spite of his representations dated 12.01.2015 and 13.01.2015, the respondents Authorities have not taken any action. Counter is filed by the 4th respondent stating that in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner, the action has been initiated. In view of the fact that the action has been initiated on the representation of the petitioner and the same is stated in the counter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take further action on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
