This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Cr.No.91 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Nandigam Police Station, Krishna District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
