I have perused the writ prayer. The prayer is against inaction of respondents in taking action on the complaints given by petitioner on 01-03-2013 and 06-12-2012. This Court fails to understand as to why further time is sought for in the matter. It appears, with the passage of time, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
