Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipality.

It is submitted by the learned Standing counsel, on instructions, that so far no building application has been made by the 3rd respondent and therefore the writ petition is a premature one.

The above said statement is recorded. However, it is open for the petitioner to raise his objection in accordance with law whenever the 3rd respondent makes an application before the respondent Municipality.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
