This petition is coming for hearing since 2010' On 1O.O1..2024, 14.O2.2O24 and 1,7.12.2024, when the matter was ca-lled, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, and therefore the matter was directed to be Iisted today under the caption "for Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners a-re not interested to prosecute this case 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution/ default. There sha-1l be no order as to costs.
