THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37787 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that S.E.No.15 of 2010 is not being disposed of by the second respondent in spite of the fact that it is pending for the last six years on the file of the second respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the second respondent states that the second respondent will decide the said case within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after following due process of law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to decide S.E.No.15 of 2010 on his file within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
