THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.33767 of 2018 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that suspect sheet has been opened by the Police against the petitioner herein. On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to close the writ petition with liberty to assail the said action of the Police.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
