HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20879 OF 2012 ORDER:
Heard Sri Y.Ramarao, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent.
When the matter was listed on 17.11.2015, a representation is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has returned the bundle to the writ petitioner with No Objection Vakalat, a notice was directed to be issued to the writ petitioner.
It is noticed in the office note that in pursuant to the aforesaid direction of this Court, notice was served on the petitioner on 23.11.2015 and same was returned as served, but no vakalat is filed till 03.04.2017.
Again the matter was listed on 12.06.2017 and when there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' next week and to delete the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Though the matter was listed on 19.06.2017, a request was made on behalf of the petitioner for adjourning the matter. Even when the matter is listed today, there is no representation either in the morning or in the evening. The conduct of the petitioner shows that he is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
In view of above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-06-2017 kvs
