This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceedings in Rc. No.5050/2003-E1, dt.31.1.2006, of respondent No.2.

After arguing the case, Mr. L.V.S. Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 76 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
