Subhash Reddy) It is submitted that pursuant to the impugned sale notice, dated 15.05.2015, as the sale is not conducted for want of bidders, fresh sale notice is issued and as such, the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if any fresh sale notice is issued, it is open to the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
