THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.2708 of 2011 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dated 15.06.2011 in I.A.No.1498 of 2011 in C.M.A.No.74 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The learned Standing counsel informs the Court that the revision petitioners did not press CMA.No.74 of 2011 resulting in its dismissal by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, on 04.10.2018.

The Civil Revision Petition since is directed against the interim order passed in CMA, the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is rendered ineffective.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
