This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 in Crime No.35 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Hyderabad.

2 . When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.
