HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3446 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.04.06.2013 in I.A.No.313 of 2007 in O.S.No.582 of 2006 passed by the I Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku allowing the application filed under Section 45 of Evidence Act.

But, during the pendency of this petition, as there was no stay, O.S.No. 582 of 2006 was disposed of by the trial Court on 07.10.2014. As the O.S. itself was disposed of on 07.10.2014, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
