This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner seeking to direct the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar to take up enquiry in un-numbered Protest Petition in Crl.M.P. Number of 2008 in Crime No.414 of 2006. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar to pass appropriate orders in the protest petition filed by the petitioner - de factocomplainant in Crime No.414 of 2006 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
