THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1569 OF 2013 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner - accused No.3 herein sought for quashing the crime No.50 of 2013 on the file of Nagarapalem Police Station, Guntur District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after completing the investigation filed the charge sheet in the matter on 01.04.2013 in C.C.No.191 of 2013 on the file of Special Mobile Court, Guntur and the case is posted to 13.07.2015 for trial. In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
