Jaya Prabhakar, learned counsel holding for Mr. V. Sudhakar Reddy, learned Advocate on record for the petitioner, in view of the notification dated 22.2.2016, issued by the State of Andhra Pradesh amending Rule 9-F(9) of Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said notification. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
