When the matter is called, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that a copy of the letter bearing No.7244/C2/2000, dated 16.04.2016 is given to him by the learned counsel for the respondent University today and the petitioner will have to take necessary steps to assail the same. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the said letter dated 16.04.2016, if he is advised to do so.
