Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent passed resumption orders dated 20.01.2017 and the same was served on the petitioner. Challenging the said resumption order, the petitioner filed W.P.No.4492 of 2017. As such the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
