HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 12O3 of 2O16 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is Iiled invoking the provisions under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for gross violation of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.12678 of 2011, dated 30.06.2015.

Heard Ms Darakshan Begzad, Iearned counsel \ representing Sri Shaik Jilani, Iearned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent 3.

This Court while disposing the Writ Petition on 30.06.2015 directed the respondent No.6 in the Writ Petition to consider the representation dated 24.02.2011 made by the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4.

Counter afhdavit is hled by the respondent wherein it is stated that pursuant to the orders of this court in W.P.No.12678 of 201 1, dated 30.06.2015, the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and issued speaking order vide memo No.C/87312016, dated 2O.O7.2016

and copy of the said memo is enclosed along with the counter affidavit.

In view of the compliance of the orders of this Court, no further adjudication is required.

6.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
