This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., who is the sole accused alive and sister of the husband of the de facto complainant to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.632 of 2013, pending on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Gannavaram.

The calendar case is pending since 2013 due to death of A1 and A3 during pendency of the proceedings and no one is prosecuting the case, learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 requested the Court to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the calendar case. In view of the limited request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the case, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions during trial, V Metropolitan Magistrate, Gannavaram is directed to dispose of the C.C.No.632 of 2013 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
