THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33908 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is despite the legal notice got issued by the petitioner herein no action in the direction of the redressing the grievance of the petitioner has been taken by the respondents. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation that the subject demolition was undertaken by the National Highway Authorities and the Municipal Corporation will take appropriate action by addressing a letter to the concerned. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, by directing the Commissioner, Warangal Greater Municipal Corporation/R.1 herein to look into the legal notice got issued by the petitioner herein and take further action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
