THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2497 OF 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent states that order dt.10.08.2018, passed in IA.No.1/2018 in WP.No.28066 of 2018, alleging violation of which this contempt case is filed, has been complied with.

Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 19.07.2019 t k.
