ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/R2 to R4 seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.65 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Eluru, West Godavari District, against them.
2. The second respondent along with her daughter-third respondent filed aforesaid DVC against her husband and the relatives of her husband alleging that all the respondents used to harass her by demanding additional dowry and R1, who addicted to bad vices, tried to kill the second respondent.
3. In view of the serious allegations mentioned in the complaint and also the nature of proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the presence of petitioners/R-2 to R-4 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever their presence is insisted by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel on all hearing dates.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
