THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8544 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioners' grievance is that respondents are not mutating the name of the petitioners in the revenue records in spite of the applications made to the 4th respondent on 02.12.2013, 12.12.2013, 03.03.2014, 04.10.2014, 07.04.2015, 11.11.2015 and 10.02.2016.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioners ought to have applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 with the supporting documents to 4th respondent and if such an application is made by the petitioners, the 4th respondent will consider and pass orders within four (04) weeks from the date of submission of the applications.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit fresh applications in Form 6A prescribed under the Act to the 4th respondent within a period of two

(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such an application is made, the 4th respondent shall be dispose of the same within four (04) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
