THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1608 of 2014 ORDER :

Alleging that the orders of this Court in W.P.No.8904 of 2010 dated 22.10.22013 are not complied with by the respondents, this contempt is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader placed before this Court, the decision of Division Bench of this Court, in W.A.No.130 of 2015 setting aside the order passed in the above writ petition and remitted the matter for fresh consideration.

3. Having regard to the same, it cannot be said that the respondents have committed contempt of the orders of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
