I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.ii of the common order dated 06.01.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15881 of 2024 and batch which reads as under: " The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 9:00 A.M. to 10 P.M., for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that the crime is of the year 2023, and charge sheet is also filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15881 of 2024 and batch dated 06.01.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
