NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5983 OF 2010 ORDER:- This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.280 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri N.V.Anantha Krisna, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
As seen from the record, C.C.No.280 of 2015 is pending on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad which is registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 406, 418, 420, 468, 471, 423, 426 and 506 of IPC.

In earlier occasions also, the petitioner was not present before this court. There was no stay order granted by this court. 6.
Today, this matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal". Even then, petitioner is not present before this court.

In the circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
