This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 1 in imposing condition No. 2 in proceedings No. 101762/MP2/Plg/HMDA/2013 dated 07-10-2013 directing the petitioner to submit no objection certificate from respondent No. 3 regarding land conversion from agriculture to non-agricultural purposes for the purpose of layout permission in respect of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac. 3.07 guntas, Ac. 0.22 guntas and Ac. 1.02 guntas in survey No. 407, part of Tellapur Village, Ramchandrapuram Mandal, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, both learned counsel agreed that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch dated 28-08-2015.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common judgment dated 28-08-2015 in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs. ____________________________ KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI, J.
