THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.6717 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 & 3 insisting the Petitioners to pay the trade license fee and user charges from the Petitioners Theatres as illegal, null, void and arbitrary and to pass such other appropriate orders as are deemed fit and proper in the interests of justice."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent-Municipal Corporation of Vijayawada, Krishna District, would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.07.2015, of this Court in WP.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. A copy of the said order is placed on record. Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office is directed to enclose a copy of the afore-stated order, dated 21.07.2015, in WP.No.22056 of 2012 and batch to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
