The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ J.Dr., aggrieved by the docket order dated 06.09.2011 in E.A.No.34 of 2011 in E.P.No.24 of 2010 in O.S.No.4 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur.

In view of the Registry ascertained the fact that the suit itself is disposed of and I.A. filed under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C. was also dismissed for default on 01.08.2016 and not restored. Hence, the relief sought for in this C.R.P. has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
