RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33941 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan) Respondent No.1 is represented by the learned Standing Counsel. Respondent Nos.2 to 8 entered appearance through learned counsel Sri K.Pavan Kumar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 8.

Respondent No.2 instituted a suit before the civil Court. That was referred to Lok Adalat. The Lok Adalat passed an award. That was impeached by a third party before this Court. That Writ Petition was allowed. Resultantly, going by the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 8, the said suit has been restored to the civil Court's roster for appropriate adjudication. 4.

In the light of the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is ordered directing that the award impugned will not be binding on the petitioner herein and the parties will be at liberty to participate in the civil proceedings before the competent court. All issues are left open. The writ petitioner, if so advised, may seek for his impleadment in the suit subject to the orders being passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda.
