Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner alleges that illegal construction is being made by the 2nd respondent in the property belonging to him. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted representation, dated 23.11.2016, before the 1st respondent, no action is taken so far.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent - Corporation, on instructions, submits that since the representation submitted by the petitioner does not contain the essential details of the subject property stated to have been owned by him, the 1st respondent is unable to attend to the grievance of the petitioner. Even in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition the details are not furnished, 4.

Having regard to the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner would submit a detailed representation before the 1st respondent containing all the details of the subject property.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the 1st respondent - Corporation containing all the details of the subject property claimed to have been owned by him and alleged illegal construction made by the 2nd respondent

and on receipt of such representation, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
