The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of mandamus i. by setting aside the proceedings dated 11.10.2012 bearing No. C/1559/2012 issued by the 2nd Respondent to the Petitioner Company as arbitrary and illegal. ii. Further a direction may be given to the respondent to permit the amendments to certificate of registration in terms of Section 10 (AP Amendment) of the Contract Labour (regulation and abolition) Act, 1970, as required, in accordance with the Rules..." On 09.11.2012, this Court has granted interim suspension and the order is subsisting as on date. The counsel for petitioner submits that the respondents have been issuing Amended Certificate of Registration to petitioner and for the present, the prayer is not pressed, and requests the Court to reserve all legal contentions available to petitioner for canvassing as and when circumstances warrant.
