Though the matter was listed on 25.06.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted after one week 'for orders'. When this matter is listed on 02.07.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence it was posted 'for dismissal' after one week and that it was listed on 10.07.2015 'for dismissal', on which date also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
