ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in trying to close the petitioner's tutorial/institution without implementing the G.O.Ms.No. 200 Education (Ser.V) Department, dated 06.08.1997 of Government of Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary, illegal, improper, incorrect and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the functioning of the petitioner's tutorial/ institution by implementing the G.O.Ms. No. 200 Education (Ser.V) Department, dated 06.08.1997 of Government of Andhra Pradesh."

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader that the subject matter in the writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.25936 of 2009 and batch dated 31.12.2009 and a copy of the same is filed along with the writ petition as a material paper.

3. Following the said order passed in W.P.No.25936 of 2009 and batch dated 31.12.2009 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed not to interfere with the activity of imparting informal tutorial education by the petitioner. It shall however, be open to them to issue notice and take further action in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
