This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.122 of 2017 of Reinbazar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 352 and 506 read with 34 of IPC. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 29.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and C.C.No.240 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
