Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent‐Corporation. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of house bearing No.3‐3‐110/SSR/G‐7, Shiva Sai Residency, Pleasant Park, Hyderguda Village, Rajender Nagar Mandal, R.R. District. Respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are his neighbours, are making unauthorized constructions in open land existing between houses bearing Nos.3‐3‐76/9/1 and H.No.3‐3‐76/9/2/1 of Hyderaguda Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, R.R. District, without obtaining permission from the respondent Corporation by encroaching road margin without leaving any set backs. Thereby, petitioner submitted representations dated 29.09.2016 and 20.10.2016 to the respondents and requested to forthwith initiate action against the illegal constructions. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents the petitioner has approached this court by this writ petition. 3.

Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation, submits that the respondent‐authorities will consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent‐authorities to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from today.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
