Challenging the proceedings dated 18.04.2015 issued by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, the writ petition is filed. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections to the impugned proceedings dated 18.04.2015 and raise all the contentions which have raised in the present writ petition including the jurisdiction to issue such proceedings.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections to the impugned proceedings dated 18.04.2015 and raise all the contentions which have raised in the present writ petition including the jurisdiction of the 4th respondentTahsildar, to issue such proceedings. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
