It is noticed from the record that when the matter was listed on 06.06.2013, 25.06.2013, 03.07.2013 and 15.07.2013, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 21.09.2015 also, there was no representation. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', even today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

Hence, the revision case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
