THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.467 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.S.No.34 of 2009 from the file of the District Court, Srikakulam and transfer the same to any other District Court at Vizianagaram or Visakhapatnam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties in one voice requested this Court to transfer O.S.No.34 of 2009 to I Additional District Court, Srikakulam.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for both the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, withdrawing O.S.No.34 of 2009 from the file of the District Court, Srikakulam and transferred to the file of I Additional District Court, Srikakulam for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
