Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II has handed over two cheques for Rs.21,810 dt.10-09-2018 and Rs.32715/- dt.06-11-2018 of the State Bank of India, Yellareddyguda Branch, representing salary payable to the petitioner from June 2018 till date. 3.

The same was received by the petitioner and acknowledged by him.

The same is placed on record.

Petitioner has assailed show cause notice dt.31-07-2018 issued to him by the 2nd respondent alleging that the petitioner was not attending to duties and not adhering to the directions of the Village Revenue Officer, Chinnoor village, Nagireddypet Mandal, Kama Reddy District. Petitioner contends that the period of absence of the petitioner is not mentioned in the Show Cause Notice order and which directions of the VRO, Chinoor were not properly obeyed done by the petitioner is also not mentioned therien.

Though counter affidavit is filed by the respondents supporting the said show cause notice, I am of the opinion that the

MSR,J W.P.No.33871 of 2018 contents of the show cause notice were vague and the charges are not specific.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is allowed, impugned show cause notice dt.31-07-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent is set aside. However, liberty is granted to the 2nd respondent to issue a proper show cause notice to the petitioner giving full particulars and then to take disciplinary action, if they so desire. No costs. 8.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
