CVNR, J & TR, J AS. No.182 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of preliminary decree dated 20.08.2014 in O.S.No.6 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Khammam. At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties submitted that, after filing of the appeal, the dispute has been settled between the parties.

In view of this submission, the appeal is disposed of as settled out of Court with liberty to both the parties to file memo of settlement in the final decree proceedings, in which event, the lower Court shall record settlement and pass final decree in terms thereof. As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, ASMP.No.475 of 2017 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
