The present transfer petition is filed seeking transfer of E.P.No.174 of 2004 in A.T.C.No.53 of 1985 from the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, to any other competent Court at Amalapuram.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that, in fact, the lis in the present transfer petition was already settled before the Lok Adalat.

4. The learned counsel supplied a photostat copy of the award, dated 27.02.2016, passed by the Lok Adalat for perusal. The terms have been clearly mentioned therein. As per Clause No.10 of the Terms of Compromise, the E.P. itself was compromised.

5. In such an event, the present transfer petition renders infructuous.

6. Hence, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous. The photostat copy of the award, dated 27.02.2016, shall form part of the record.
